Patient Mer M appears to have a clear understanding over the fantasizer’s need to divorce reality from the fantasy.
Remind patient that the object of the fantasy really has nothing to do with characteristics attributed to them by their imaginer.
Like it’s first cousin faith, any suggestion of doubt injected into an unwavering fantasy can be fatally disorienting for the one holding it.
